How can I pay for my order?

You will need a credit or debit card registered to a UK address to pay for your items online. We accept the following cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple pay also accepted payment via UK registered PayPal accounts.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Our check out system is normal however it depend which payment method you prefer. From basket you will be directed to payment checkout where you have choice to pay through PayPal or using your debit or credit card where you will be able to see your order details and confirm payment. Once you have completed this, you will be returned to Textile Home page to view our confirmation order page. After that you will receive an email with order detail and you should receive a separate email if paid through PayPal to confirm the amount you paid for order.

PayPal Credit

You will find credit facility on PayPal checkout but it depends on individual circumstances and PayPal policy whether you can pay in instalments or not and for more detail you can contact PayPal to confirm and discuss your positon My payment card is not registered at UK address can I still place the order for UK delivery. Sorry, we only accept the cards registered with UK address but have option to delivery abroad at extra delivery charges which you can discuss our team before placing the order.

Track Order

How can I track my order?

Once you placed the order you can track here. You will need order number which you should have received in confirmation email. If you can’t find order detail please send us email and our dedicated team will help to resolve the issue ASAP.

Why my order tracking shows item has been returned to sender?

If the driver is unable to deliver your parcel due to address issue or access denied to enter in the property or can’t locate your door number and mostly it happens when no one answer when driver is at your door step. This could be a reason item returned to sender and in such circumstances please let us know. Our courier attempts 2 to 3 times to delivery your item or please check safe place or your neighbour sometime driver leaves the item to avoid delay in delivery time. If you can’t find please wait for your parcel to be returned to sender and we will either reship the item or your issue the refund as soon as possible and it may take 8 to 10 working days you get your money back as you paid.

Cancel or change my order

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once we received the order it is processed to dispatch department and sometime it is hard to cancel the order. However you can contact us and will try our level best to cancel your shipment or you can refuse the delivery and once we received the item back your refund will be processed which may take 8 to 10 working days after recceing the item in our depot. Even if you changed your mind or change your choice please get back to us without any delay and keep order detail handy while contact us on 07411501510 or send us email. If the item is not shipped we will be able either cancel or change on your choice.

Why my order has been cancelled?

Sometime for some reason we may cancel your order and this happens we will let you know by email and you will receive a cancellation and refund notification by email.

I received a faulty item what do I do?

Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. You can refuse the delivery if you find item is damaged during delivery handling. If you have received wrong, damaged or faulty item or it is not in good condition. Feel free and get back to us. We are here to resolve all issues with entire you satisfaction and will offer you best possible solution suitable for you. Return and Refund

How can I return the item and get my refund?

You have 30 days to return your item if you have changed your mind or received faulty, damaged or wrong items. Please contact our dedicated team to provide you paid return label and all you have to drop them item at your convenience at nearest drop shop as per courier services provider which you can find on label will be sent through an email. Once you shipped the item please keep receipt safe in case you need if item lost during transaction period. After receiving the item our shipping department will check whether item has been used or not and will process the refund accordingly. Payment process time varies and may take 8 to 10 working days after receiving the item in our depot.
